Ashley Oldham represents clients in a wide range of family law and criminal defense matters. A North Carolina native, Ashley received her B.A. with honors from Elon University and her J.D. cum laude from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During law school, Ashley served as a staff writer and Comments Editor for the Campbell Law Review. Ashley clerked for Roberts Law Group, PLLC throughout her third year of law school and joined the firm upon graduation.
Ashley's first experience with the practice of law was as a legal intern for the United States Attorney's Office in Washington D.C. "While I enjoyed working for the government, I knew I ultimately wanted to work for the people. Navigating the court system can be a stressful experience and you need a strong advocate who will fight for your rights. I feel honored to be that advocate for the people of North Carolina."

In 2011, Ashley completed a 24-hour National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) course. The NHTSA training course focuses on DWI Detection and Standard Field Sobriety Testing and includes the entire law enforcement training program that your local and state law enforcement officers receive. Ashley is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
