The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 comprises the “top trial lawyers from each state or region who are under the age of 40.” Danielle Feller and Miranda Mills are both members of the organization.

Patrick Roberts was selected to “Rising Stars” for three years running: 2013-2015. Kevin Marcilliat, Miranda Mills, Danielle Feller and Phylicia Powers have also been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2021. According to Super Lawyers, the service “selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research. According to the BBB’s rating overview, it is “based on information BBB is able to obtain about the business, including complaints received from the public. According to the BBB, an accredited business means that the BBB has determined the business meets standards, including “a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.”
