Singer Chris Brown keeps his lawyers on their toes

In yet another run-in with the law, singer Chris Brown made headlines for an arrest in Paris, France, on suspicion of rape. Details are still sparse. Instead of a dialogue, however, Trump found himself upstaged when Kanye launched into an impassioned 10-minute monologue.

Should Kavanaugh nomination go forward in light of serious allegations?

And Trump has a narrow window of time to get his pick - federal appellate judge Brett Kavanaugh - confirmed. Supreme Court strikes down warrantless search of motorcycle in driveway

Privacy rights are at the heart of a free society. The Fourth Amendment provides valuable protection against unreasonable government intrusion. Police can't break down your door for no reason. They can't search your belongings without justification. They can't arrest you on a whim.
